A 13-gallon bag is sized for everyday laundry. A comforter fills a whole machine on its own. Bulk linens go through business accounts.

Before your first order

Do I need to be home?

No. Everything is contact-free. Leave the tied bags outside your door on your pickup day, and we text you the evening before and again when we're headed over. Clean laundry comes back to the same spot with a photo. Apartments: leave a gate code in the notes or use the leasing office.

Is my laundry mixed with other people's?

Never. Every order is washed, dried and folded on its own.

How do you wash it?

Machine washed and dried together on medium heat with hypoallergenic, fragrance-free detergent. Want a light scent? Pick "Scent booster" when you book, then add it on the payment page, $1 per bag. We don't stain-treat, hand-wash, or hang-dry.

Can I pick any day?

Any day of the week, including Sunday. Book by 8 PM for next-day pickup. Your laundry is back within 24 hours of pickup. We text you the evening before and when we're on the way, so there's no time slot to watch.

How does weekly work?

Tick "Make this weekly" and we hold your day every week. The day before each pickup we text you to confirm how many bags, then send your payment link. Reply SKIP to pass that week, no charge, no penalty. Cancel anytime by text.

How do I pay for weekly pickups?

The same way as any order. Each week you confirm your bag count by text and pay through a secure link before pickup, so the amount always matches what you leave out. No card is stored on our site. Cancel anytime by text.

What if something is lost or damaged?

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right, up to the cost of the order.

Do you do business accounts?

Yes. Gyms, salons, massage studios, and short-term rentals get a fixed weekly pickup day and per-bag rates. See business accounts.
